$3 Million Settlement for Our Client in Trip and Fall Case

Our client had just left a matinée show on Broadway when, while walking towards the train, tripped on a grating owned and maintained by the New York City Transit Authority. Within two (2) days after the accident, Personal Injury Attorney Todd Greenberg, along with an expert engineer, examined the grating, took detailed pictures and concluded that the grading was an inch and a half above the sidewalk. Citing New York City Laws and Statutes, Plaintiff was granted Summary Judgment against the New York City Transit Authority and the case proceeded to damages.
