All Charges Dismissed Against Defendant Charged With Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Sell, a Class “B” Felony

All criminal charges have been dismissed against the Defendant, a young man with a good job, who was wrongfully charged with Criminal Possession of a Control Substance in the Third Degree, a Class “B” Felony.
