“I was arrested and my family contacted a 24 lawyer that happened to be Mr. Greenberg. Through the entire ordeal he reassured my family and I numerous times that everything was going to be fine. And he kept his word. My family and I are very, very pleased with the outcome and I couldn’t thank him enough.”

Murder Charges Dismissed After Six Year Court Battle

On November 17 th, 2011, the Queens County District Attorney Dismissed an Indictment which charged Todd Greenberg’s client with Murder in the Second Degree. On August 11 th, 2005, the Defendant was arrested and charged with Intentional Murder for a shooting during a robbery of a gas station in Queens County. Throughout these proceedings, New York Criminal Attorney Todd Greenberg maintained that his client was “actually innocent” and, after an extensive investigation, put together an “alibi” defense, which accounted for the Defendant’s whereabouts before and immediately after the murder. With that information, Todd Greenberg established, with the help of an expert, that it would have been impossible for the Defendant to be at the scene of the murder at the time of the murder. Once again, diligent investigative work, coupled with knowledge of the law, saved an innocent person from life imprisonment.
