Inez Diaz joined Addabbo & Greenberg Law in July 2004. She is a committed paralegal with a wealth of knowledge on personal injury cases and has shown a strong dedication to fighting for the rights of those who have suffered personal injuries.

With more than 30 years of experience, Inez approaches each personal injury case with dedication, treating it as if it were her own. She believes in building strong relationships with our clients and understands the immense difficulty and grief they are going through. Her strong work ethic, dedication, and passion for each client are fundamental qualities that set her apart as a legal professional. She will work conscientiously to secure successful outcomes and, above all, justice for our clients. These traits contribute significantly to Inez’s ability to provide exceptional legal service and help the attorneys achieve positive outcomes for our clients.

Inez is known for her exceptional attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure. She is responsible for managing all firm files and overseeing the preparation of all firm documents, including drafting pleadings, managing case files, e-filing requirements, preparing cases for arbitration and for trial. She has significant experience dealing with insurance companies and complex litigation, including Construction/Scaffold, Wrongful death, Product liability, Slip and Falls, Dog Attacks, No-Fault, Motor vehicle accidents, as well as Criminal cases.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Inez gives those who may find it difficult to speak out for themselves or who don’t fully grasp their rights after suffering a severe injury a chance to be heard. She has been essential in ensuring each client gets the help and direction they need. Being able to communicate in perfect English and Spanish is essential for our vulnerable clients and our attorneys.

Inez has attended numerous seminars and continuing education courses related to trial preparation and other pertinent injury issues.

In her free time, Inez enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and traveling.
