Hyman J. Greenberg, former resident of Richmond Hill, Queens, is a graduate of St. John's University and St. John's Law School, Class of 1948. Mr. Greenberg has been practicing Criminal Law for over 50 years. As a Criminal Defense Attorney, Mr. Greenberg has significant experience in criminal trials, having participated in hundreds of felony and misdemeanor trials both on the State and Federal level. He has experienced success both at the pre-trial level as well as the trial level. Mr. Greenberg has served as Associate Counsel to the Joint Legislative Committee on Public Health of the State of New York; Is a past-president of the Criminal Court's Bar Association of Queens County; is a past member of the Queens County Bar Association; a past Vice Commander of the American Legion; a Founding Father and past Director of the Samaritan Half Way Society; served in the United States Army for 6 years, 2 years in the South Pacific during World War II; remains active in various Civic Associations.
